STEP 1
To reserve your place on one of our tours please call us or send us an email to check availability. We will then acknowledge receipt of your request and provide you with a booking reference for future use.

STEP 2
A deposit of 30% of the total holiday price (or full payment if less than 60 days before departure) is required to reserve your place.
Payment can be made by cheque*, electronic bank transfer** or credit/debit card***.

*We do not accept Eurocheques. **Please contact us for account details if you wish to pay by electronic bank transfer. ***Please note that there will be a 2.5% charge to bookings made by credit/debit card.

STEP 3
On receipt of your booking form and all relevant payments, we will, subject to availability, confirm your holiday by issuing a confirmation invoice.

Your reservation will not be confirmed until your deposit has been received by us. We will hold your booking request for 5 days after which we assume you no longer wish to book the holiday.

STEP 4
Before completing the booking form please make sure you have read the Terms and Conditions and notes on Insurance.

As a condition of booking we require that you have adequate travel insurance. We offer a comprehensive travel insurance policy that has been specially tailored for this type of holiday. If you wish to purchase this insurance policy all forms must be filled in and premiums paid at the time of booking. If you are arranging your own travel insurance you must provide us with full details of your alternative policy on our booking form.
