A scuba diving course will allow you to visit the underwater world in safety by providing all the necessary training and skills. As your experience grows, so too will your curiosity, excitement and sense of adventure. The 'Professional Association of Diving Instructors' PADI is the largest and most recognised diver training organisation in the world. The PADI Open Water Diver Course is the most popular diving course, and will, in five days take you from being a non diver to holding the PADI Open Water licence allowing you to dive anywhere in the world. The first three days involve training both in the classroom and swimming pool or shallow sea, while the following 2 days will be spent in the open sea. The course is designed to make you comfortable with the necessary equipment and ensure you gain the understanding and skills needed for safe and enjoyable diving. Pre-requisites for the course: You should be a reasonably proficient swimmer, comfortable and relaxed in the water and have a mature attitude, good judgement and self-discipline. Your general health should be good - in particular your circulatory and respiratory systems. What's next? After completing the Open Water Diver Course you may want to pursue new opportunities and challenges by learning more advanced and specialised skills. PADI offers a progressive system of continuing education, and you will see that courses on topics like underwater photography, wreck diving, deep diving and night diving offers you more enjoyment and adventure. We can cater for all levels of divers from beginners to those who want to gain more advanced skills. We can organise the Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver, Dive Master and Instructor level corses. Our dive centres can offer the full range of diving services, including dive packages from two to twenty dives.
