Your financial protection
The 1992 EC Package
Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Directive 90/314 requires
that any company or organisation offering package holidays should
provide financial protection for clients' money. In accordance with
this, we have in place an insurance policy which protects any money
paid in regards to the travel arrangements offered either on our website
or in our brochure and to cater, where necessary (subject to the terms
of the insurance policy), for a refund of such monies and / or your
repatriation to the UK in the unlikely event of our financial failure.
This insurance policy
will reimburse the loss of any amount paid to Adriatic Adventures
Ltd for your booking up to a maximum for any one passenger of £11,000.
